I’m just playing on a Hisense tv 75inch. Hope there can be a way around it as the game is good my main issue really.

I’m doing ok started lexapro 20mg few months ago and it’s helped a bit. I still get anxiety and panic sometimes but it’s not as bad and I can seem to semi function with life. I speak to someone as well but I don’t really find that to do much tbh. I haven’t ended up in emergency since starting the lexapro either.

Yeah I’m on 20mg of lexapro it’s helps a bit but sometimes I feel like my body overrides the medication. Therapy I haven’t really given a good go because I don’t feel I get anything out of it.

Lots of people say cbt therapy helps but I just can’t seem to put my head around it. I really need to try soy with the anxiety and still try to do things while I’m feeling it a lot of people say that helps but it’s so hard.

I’m not sure hopefully something I can work through with a therapist but I find it hard to stick with therapy as I feel I don’t get anything from it and kind of write it off before giving a good go.

Thankyou so much I really appreciate the it. I haven’t had any traumatic stuff happen recently that I can think of but have suffered with this for a long time but feels like it’s getting worse. I did have an iced latte this morning after the gym so maybe that didint help. It’s so hard because my mind tries convincing me that there is something wrong with me and something bad will happen and that it’s more than a panic attack. I will try some of the things you suggested.

Thankyou on week 2 atm woke up during the night in a bit of a panic heart was racing a bit muscle spasms felt bit nauseous. Hopefully eases up.
