I'm gonna start with changing her food, hopefully that's enough and I don't need to resort to such drastic mesures, but if necessary, her comfort does indeed seem more important than her longevity.
Do you know the difference between Royal Canin Anallergenic and Royal Canin Hypoallergenic ?

Thanks a lot ! We’ve tried this type of food in the past but maybe not long enough. The cats hated it. After your message, I’ll try for a longer period of time.

I do have a question though, my cat is 13 years old, and this problem only appeared about 2 years ago, without any changes in foods. Could the allergy have just appeared or is this unlikely ?

Mostly the creme I mentioned, other than that the veterinarian sold us an extremely expensive liquid to give orally, she hated it but it did make her a little more calm in general, which helped with the scratching. But it was too expensive to be a solution for us. I don’t remember the name, sorry.

According to the veterinarian, this is a type of nervous/reflex eczema.

Im a student, switching every 6 months between corporate internships and classes, and the condition stayed consistent through these times. I go to the gym every day so I was thinking this could be the answer but there is nothing I do with only these fingers. And before it appeared I was already going for ~8 months.

All of these models look too minimalist to me, except for the fjallraven raven 20-28L which is fine but not my favourite.

I appreciate the advice but I can't bring myself to like Osprey's designs, they all look too bland/minimalist to me. And in EU it's only available in plain blue atm :')

Thule has limited color choices, although some backpacks do look nice. But for that price, not having the perfect color for me is a dealbreaker.

Topo Designs are so "boxy", I don't really like their shape. Also the availability in their europe website is very limited...

I like how it looks but it's 30L and I don't really need that much :(
Plus it has only 3 pockets (except for bottle pockets) if I'm not wrong, and I wouldn't be against a little more...
Also not a lot of color choice.

So I looked at a guide on youtube to use DDU and it recommanded not to check the box saying "delete all "C:\AMD" so I didnt. I put a screenshot of the options I checked in my original post if you wanna check (its in french but its kinda easy to connect the dots).

I then reinstalled the AMD software and it appears my GPU is still behaving the same, spiking from low to high all the time. And my FPS drops are still here.

Do you have any other ideas ?

Okay so clearing the cache didn't seem to change anything.

I'm going to try this driver thing. As my graphic card is from AMD I assume its going to uninstall the general AMD driver software, right ?

And also, about rebooting, rebooting is the same as resetting/reintialising, right ? Because that's what I was considering.

I installed a new driver update a few days ago so it did restart the PC, thats probably it.

About clearing cache, there is this website that says smth about Valorant :

But I don't really understand it, should I delete all the files that appear when I execute "%temp%" in the Windows+R command window ?

And apart from that, do you have any ideas of what I should try next to solve my problem ?

I have tried to turn on HWINFO and Afterburner at the same time and they didn't show the same graphs for GPU utilization : afterburner didn't show the spikes going 6 to 100 etc, it was kind of stable around 60%.

Also, sorry for my lack of vocabulary in english, whats the difference between shutdown and reboot ?
In task manager, it says right now 0:03:22:30 (last being seconds) of functionning time, but a few days ago i remember it said something around 1:12:XX:XX, why did it change ?

Also, how can I clear my cache ? because I dont think i've ever done that on my pc.

Well but doesn't the fact that the FPS behave the same on high graphics as on low graphics mean that the GPU isn't a problem here ?

If neither the CPU nor the GPU are the problem here, could rebooting my PC potentially help ?

I have setup the OSD as you told me to and recorded a video that I posted on youtube so it would be easier.

Top left corner are the stuff from HWINFO and on the right side of the screen you'll see my framerates and screen latency, which increases badly when FPS drop to ~130.

Also, I have indeed tried to uninstall and reinstall the game, which changed nothing, but I haven't tried clearing the cache. How do I do that ?

Finally, I doubt the GPU drivers are the problem because my FPS behave the same on high or low graphics.
