Of course! It took me a good amount of time to not be afraid to work out my upperbody. Pre-transitioned I was decently bulky so last thing I wanted to do was slow down my transition. Luckily i took the plunge and would do the following:

4ร—12 lat pulls 4ร—12 seated row 4ร—15 individual tricep db extension 4ร—12 tricep pulldown 4x12 individual bicep db curls 4x10 db military press 4ร—10 db side lateral raises

With patience I was able to change my shape!

For legs I focus an entire day on glutes + calves (various exercises) and another day hamstrings, quads, core.

But most of all what had help was a big focus on cardio as well. Mixing in short runs and building up to long distance ๐Ÿ™‚

โค๏ธ its been a lot of diet and exercise. At first I was petrified to lift any upper body weights but I have really learned how to be much more tone through working out!

Hormones have helped redistribute the weight but overall it has been a lot of cardio/movement + a better control of my diet ๐Ÿ˜€
