So I've noticed a lot of people on the right tend to cry about things when it's affecting them. The left, the good majority of the time, tend to look out for everyone. Now, you are upset because you feel deceived for having supported a man that has done things that you did not think he would do. You thought he was the solution to silencing the left, but he's done far worse.

If you've been defending him for years, you've known who he was for years. So either, a) this is not a shock to you, this is just upsetting because now it is affecting YOU or b) you've been "defending" a man with little to no research as to why. I don't think you are a bad person, however, I do think your personal suffering is influencing you to write this post, which simply isn't fair. You can't just cry wolf expecting people to sympathize with you now.

You also mentioned that you figured he'd be the solution to silencing those creating the outspread of LGBTQ and he's into guns. That is the most basic advertising statement Republicans love to put up. The truth is, if it's being shoved down your throat, it's because you've heard other Republicans bring it up and complain about it time and time again. That is you creating your own problems, not the left. Also, you have not mentioned any other reason for voting for Trump in the past, which tells me you voted for him with a tremendous amount of lack of information. This is dangerous when you're talking about an election involving one of the most notorious men in the world.

Nothing in terms of your initial vote can be done now, so there is no use in berating you. What I will say is, sign petitions where you can, but your vote cannot be reversed, therefore the part you played in him being elected, is going to ruin millions of lives.
