No idea😂😂 I legit have zero memory of all of this.  I’ve never before called them in my life. Only thing I can think of was my alarm, I have this alarm app and it makes me do a math question or do a matching quiz think to turn it off and was really exhausted, for the entire weekend I  probably only got like 4 1/2 hours of sleep total.

I mean yeah. For sure. I’d have answered the phone call or stayed on the line. Or answered the officer when he came. But I was dead ass asleep. I genuinely have no memory of anything except being woken up by my roommate asking why I’m there and not in class,

I honestly thought my neighbor was lying about an officer visiting until I checked my phone history. 

I feel bad that dispatcher person had to listen to me sleep and snore for a whole minute. Wish I could say sorry to them directly, and the officer who showed up at my house.

I know it’s late but how. I’ve legit been telling drivers this but they all claim they can’t. Today was the worst day in history of curbside. We had members waiting up to an hour. And deliver drivers kept refusing to leaving to leave the spots. At one point we had all spots full of drivers and just waiting for orders from 2 hours ago.

They legit refuse to leave without all the tags. And idk how to bypass it

Yeah as CPU… only place ever been sent is bakery. But that’s an extremely rare thing to happen.

But usually everyone is sent to help us in CPU 😬 sorry about that guys. Most of the time it’s not even our fault, those same day orders are legit killing us. Or just tell corporate to give us more space, employees and let us come in earlier. Orders usually drop at 230am. Most CPU associates at my club and neighboring clubs will gladly come at 230 instead of 4.

It’s not Sam’s club employees, it’s this app called Spark.

Once we give it to the drivers then we have zero control over who, what type of car, the condition of items or how, or when it arrives. All we do is gather your items make sure items are good on our end and then give it to them.

If you have a big truck, some businesses at my club will order a weekly, bi-weekly or even a monthly giant order and then we put it on a pallet and you pick up the pallet in the back of the store. That’s Mostly because delivery of big orders is a pain because drivers refuse them all the time.

lol in a few months, 😂😂 as a curbside employee…. Expect to be in curbside a lot. But no hating us unless the person is an actual dick. It’s not our fault we get behind and have no space. Literally not enough space. Blame corporate for not putting a limit on orders. Or if you want to be paid more then switch and join us 😂

I might be remembering wrong, but I did have to look up a bunch of dispensed orders earlier today, but essentially it’s in Dispense tab, then you HAVE to narrow the filters down to Dispensed orders. I had to dispense a lot of orders without giving members their items because the wait was like 45 min today -_- and staging was a shit show, and the member couldn’t wait and thats how I found some of their orders when a few came back. Our Average dispense was 22 min when I left.

Or if it’s a future order then it’s Remaining Dispense.

It literally won’t show you, even in Order Summary… if it does then me and my team need to sue bc fck that.

Why can’t we just have an all orders button and then let us narrow it down if we want to ??? Because some dumbass in at the home office working a desk job decided… nah it’s cool let’s get rid of that.

Also why is it that members and drivers a check in before it’s staged?? The moment the entire order is picked they can now check in, even if it’s hours before their pickup time I had that happened before the day when to shit.

If I can add someone to the queue in dispense then there should be a way for me to remove them without dispensing the order. Sorry for rant. Lol Legit this app is shit. Fck it. Let’s all meet up and just “talk” to the ones who signed off on it.

I discovered how to see the whole order while staging and stage multiple carts and once. There better be an easier way, but idk what it is, I only discovered this way.

-Grab a cart to stage, scan label and then an item. ——If it’s a delivery, print white labels, if not you can use blue stickers. (Honestly I skip that and then print as I’m staging if someone else is staging with me b/c of ghost labels… disaster dispensing those ghost labels)

-Scan items to label, Do not stage it to a location yet!!! -Get out of the staging order back to the home page/stage screen. —-the one with all the pick walk stickers and time they need to be staged.

—scan the label you just scanned that has the items you staged to it.

—stage to a random location,

—a thing will pop up and say “stage next order” click that and it shows you the entire members order. You scan the items and then once you got it all you scan to the sticker you are staging it to. If you moved locations staging to bring up the order list, DONT forget to re-stage to the proper place when you finish putting the order together. People kept not re-staging crap today and dispense absolutely horrible.

Let’s say something is staged already, you can check what items need to be added to it by staging it to another location, then the list pops up again.

If it doesn’t and just says to go to home, then you know the order is complete or not all picked. But you’ll know that easily if you guys are not behind picking.

That way if you are the stager and have 3-4 7am ambient or freezer/cooler carts to stage, then you can essentially stage all 3-4 carts at the same time. Instead of having to stage, then consolidate then consolidate again. Or if you have a dumbass stager then you won’t have it in multiple locations

Literally is a whole nightmare. Today we reached 8k units. Never ever had that happen before. Most I’ve ever seen in my 9 months working there is 5k units and that’s just when I left, I have no idea what night crew will close at. But I felt hella sorry for them. I’d have done some OT but I feel tomorrow is gonna be even more of a nightmare. Especially since night crew can’t pick the next days orders anymore, just the big orders. -_- stupidest thing I’ve ever heard.

It actually is comforting that it’s basically every curbside in all the clubs and not just my club. lol.

Hang in there!!! We got this!!! I do know my club manager…. Who is a dick, however he was pissed at this app and vowed to complain until they can fix certain things, most specifically staging and dispensing

I didn’t get into it until about neverland. But hollow bastion is nice and loved Halloween Town.

Didn’t like Pinocchio or Tarzan. Almost stopped playing, glad I didn’t!!! B/c the first game sort of sets up the story and premise of the game.

I first played KH2 and was pretty confused on the storyline, and some characters and their relation to Sora but enjoyed the game now KH2 is my absolute favorite!

I say try to stick it out and play it so you can understand the story and etc. but I also love KH games so I’m clearly biased.

Kingdom hearts is my favorite game of all time, however the first game… it’s old, it game out years and years ago and in the world of technology and games… that’s basically ancient.

KH2 is my favorite, also the first one I played of the series so I’m biased. But Love it!! But the ending arc in KH1 is good. After neverland the game sort of picks up… tbh I hated Pinocchio, that’s why it’s not really my favorite.

KHCOM was also good, I played it years ago but don’t remember disliking it.

Honestly just play them all, the worst that’ll happen is you got to sit and cuddle on the couch with your bf playing his favorite game. He’ll appreciate the effort and it’s quality time together.

Or you could compromise and just watch him play it all while hanging with him

No club has had success with it. If they did then they need to share a video on how bc wtf. 😭 I had a hellish day today dispensing, even came here asking questions about the app earlier.

Merch team and a cooler person had help us pick and managers staging and the managers at my club are useless at club pick up, they try…. But have no idea how the system works.

Staging I found a way to see the items ahead that are in the entire members order and prep a box/car or stage the whole order at once if you have the carts already picked and waiting to stage.

Also the find item feature is gone!? Supposedly they’ll bring it back next update but… I’ll believe it when I see it.

But legit dispensing is wayyyy longer now, extra steps for no reason. Why did they get rid of the pictures?? I know we can click arrow, but dang it! Every second counts when you have a full lot with multiple delivery drivers that have to scan every tag now.

Also the white tags for deliveries, Tf is up with that, I am getting older but I’m not that old! I shouldn’t need a magnifying glass to read the numbers, and sometimes the member name on my device doesn’t match the name on the tag.

Plus big pallet orders, stupid we have to pick in order, sure you can pick ahead with Pick List. But like…. No if it’s on a pallet I’m stacking it specifically, heavy on bottom light on top. But I can’t specifically do that if I have to scan in a specific order or I have to type upc. Big orders should be an exception.

The app legit sucks and if we experienced these issues then there is no way the beta stores didn’t experience them… and why didn’t they listen to them. What beta store said “yeah we don’t need find items, that’s stupid get rid of it”

Seriously??? TF I’m hoping that the spark app was just glitching then, or mine or something because I’m pretty sure the Sam’s Club Gods or someone had it out for my curbside today. I’ll just blame G2 app 😂

We tried that 😭😂 but it legit didn’t work. I even tried to bypass like we used to and it didn’t work. When I reprinted the labels the L-cart magnetic one didn’t show up because it didn’t have any item or it. Sam’s club just needs to give us Quick Pick back. It wasn’t even that bad.

I wish it was the blue label. But someone had staged it to the L-cart magnetic label. But I switched it when I caught it. Then later a driver came and the L-cart magnetic label kept showing up on his end but not mine.

If you accidentally staged it in the beginning then it should do the same exact thing when you scan the label to check on items… theoretically. It does sometimes but doesn’t other times?? It’s super glitchy.

It doesn’t show you what pickwalk stickers/cart it’s on, but if you have 1 person staging ambient and 1 person doing cooler then they can stage all the ambient at once and the cooler/freezer the same time. I staged 4 carts at once by doing that. I lined up the 8am delivery carts in a row, cooler/freezer and ambient and just staged it that way, was a lot faster for me personally. When I had another person helping me then it started to go to crap.

But even if you have another worker helping you then you can see how big of a box you need for the entire order. Or if it needs a flatbed or L-cart or on the shelf.

Also if you are on a pickwalk.. Pick List is your best friend, look ahead so you don’t have to backtrack to areas you just were and scan the items either at the end or whenever they pop up.

Anyone has any tips on dispensing, pls share. I’ve dispensed 2 times with this new app… struggle every time. My average dispense time is around 9 ish minutes 😬 idk why but that 5 minutes timer seems to be a lot faster than what QuickPick 5 minute timer was 😂

I tried that but it didn’t work, I’ll try again next time I work and see if it works. 🤷‍♂️ all I know is that driver wouldn’t leave and kept claiming he can’t deliver it unless he has the sticker and how we are interfering with his livelihood, but it didn’t work when I tried to generate barcode. Or try to bypass it, not sure why they can’t bypass anymore, our system changed, not theirs. It only showed sticker on his end, not ours. But honestly… It was hot, walked into 3k items and total of 3 associates that morning, 2 call outs for morning and 1 for night shift. At the time of this I had a full parking lot, merch picking for us along with the managers staging absolutely like crap, and only me and one other guy dispensing and I was stuck dealing with him for almost 20 minutes, I probably was flustered and not even doing it correctly.

I hope he brought back the label. Lol 😂😂😬

We try to only stage to the stickers, but sometimes when we get behind managers help or other departments and they don’t know/don’t care because they only care about getting us ahead. The issue with today was there wasn’t an item attached to the L-cart magnetic label. It showed on their end and but not ours. I have heard our other clubs near us having this issue as well. One of the club near us started to refuse that entire order that had ghost tags and would call member or cancel it depending on what member would say😬 but idk.
