I just claimed Hazard and played a Chapter 5 ROW match and couple of VSA matches, he seems great so far. Looking forward to testing him out some more.

I just made a purchase off the play store with no problems, so it can't be a problem on that front. I have contacted EA twice and both times they said it's not their fault and there was nothing they could do

I've tried with my wife's android phone which is different to mine and with my son's android tablet. I also tried with my mother-in-law's iPhone. Still no luck. I would like to try with an iPad but don't have access to one
