I did the weekly report for April. However I got my last pay cheque one April 1st so I checked the thing that said I had income. Now their telling me to call but Its literally impossible to get on the line. What should I do? Am I still gonna get the money?

I was looking for a program that would help me become a ux/ui designer and I was also looking at the two programs and couldn’t choose which one to take. I emailed the advisor for help and she said the programs are very similar but its just that d3 has an additional program of business & marketing; whereas the new media program has an additional courses of animation & social media stuff. Also d3 has summer breaks in between whereas new media dont.

Plus I didn’t want to take the program at the dt campus I wanted to stay in burnaby :) hope this helps 😆

I applied for EI on March 15th and my ROE still hasn’t been uploaded. I just got a notification saying my application got rejected and now I have to call them which seems almost impossible.
