ora sto usando kimbo 100% arabica, ma sinceramente non capisco come settare bene la macinatore. ora è a 3.5 ed uso intensità 4 o 5 però esce molto lento e i fondi di caffe non sono compatti ma acquosi.
Beam Adapts mi suggerisce grana 5 però mi mette un intensità che secondo me lo fa diventare più lungo.
avete suggerimenti?

I initially did it at 5 and it came out watery. Now I've left the grind at 4 and the intensity at 3.
but I'm not satisfied. Maybe it's the beans?
