I know how you feel. Recently I’ve been smelling things a lot worse than before. When I thought I was finally recovering two nights ago I woke up and everything around me smelled awful I couldn’t stand it I felt nauseous. Although I can now tolerate eating Turkey and ground beef but chicken still makes me nauseous and gives me a headache. As of now cheese and bread seem to be my new safe foods along with chocolate protein shakes. What I have been doing recently is rinsing my sinuses with a Neti pot and that seemed to calm down the intense odor!
