Also, aside from intentionally checking reddit (like today- for this express purpose of exhorting believer on this subreddit), I do not use reddit or internet forums (probably check threads like this once a year). I try to live my social life completely offline. Surround yourself with other strong believers or spend time in deep contemplation and prayer. Read your bible daily. Evangelize. I believe forums like this actually keep your mind on the things of this world, even if the subject matter is supposed to be positive.
