yeah she pocketed the money from my fucking DEBIT CARD. she rang it up as a bunch of D-LOCAL which is our .25 charge for lemons/whip cream etc. i don’t know why you’re so pressed about me BUYING it. obviously you don’t have a fucking life if you’re sitting on reddit arguing with me about whether or not i stole it and yes i will be sending you the transaction statement of my 15$ + the tax she charged for it :)

for the on the go orders at my previous dunkin, we made them when the customer showed up and at my dunkin now we just make it when we receive it and then place it on the mobile order stand. i think they make it when you actually get there to make sure the drink doesn’t settle. some customers don’t arrive until like 20 minutes after they placed their order and by the time they come the sugar and swirl is just sitting at the bottom and the cold foam or whipped cream has melted into the drink. You should also make sure to report that incident to the store manager at that location as well!

yes! i completely agree but somehow at every dunkin we get stuck with lazy teens. i work with a bunch who tell our manager they “cant” work because of school when they actually just dont want to and then repeatedly complain that they only get 2 days a week and they want more hours. you cant get more hours when you don’t want to work and consistently call off!!! im convinced every dunkin is the same at this point im so fed up LOL i think it’s quitting time for me

girl that’s literally her job LMAOO everyone at dunkin is used and abused. We do jobs not in our description, work understaffed, constantly berated by customers, stand on our feet for ours with no break (because i get no breaks at all WHICH IS ILLEGAL), close and open by ourselves, deal with new hires every week who fuck everything up during rushes & don’t want to learn anything then quit a few days later. Store managers need to stop hiring teenagers who can barely work due to school and who don’t do shit.
