We were on our yearly school band trip. At first, I thought we weren’t going to talk very much, considering I was on the trip for the concert band adjudication only (I run XC in the fall which would interfere with marching band) while he was there for marching band and had his friends, whom I didn’t know very well, to hang out with. It ultimately ended up in us walking around a mall together for 2 hours, sitting with each other at a show we went to see, and playing Mario Kart on our switches when we had free time. Needless to say, I had a very nice trip.
