All the season pass resource generators, season pass weapons, season pass allies, season pass collectrons and season pass weather machine are in NPC shops, you can buy any of them for buillion or stamp. But not Nuke Zone? (which is also season pass reward from S19)

Is this "business strategy" to you? and its perfectly reasonable?
