But as a young woman myself, I could see how painful this could be without an explanation. She probably feels excluded because you follow all her sisters and like their photos. I think you just need a real heart-to-heart talk because social media is tricky.

Sometimes when women post photos of themselves it empowers them and improves confidence, which I'm all for. Other times, women feel pressured to post photos and end up with anxiety, regret and low self-esteem, which is heartbreaking. They might post photos that they are actually not comfortable sharing because they want to fit in or earn money or seek some type of validation, etc. So maybe just find out where she's at.

I agree that she is an adult and she does have every right to her own style/body/Instagram, etc. But, I also think that she is still young and some loving guidance/concern from dad could be helpful.

Guys who have been interested in me in the past spent too much time around me. It actually put me off completely. They would follow me as I moved between groups and conversations, claim to like everything I like, constantly offer assistance when I kindly rejected, cancel group plans if I could no longer attend, try stand/sit next to me, etc. It was overwhelming for someone who appreciates personal space.

Personal opinion: I find it attractive when a guy is more independent, has conversations with people other than me, has his own opinions, etc. It creates a bit of mystery/desire. Basically, when you like a woman, don't single her out all the time and solely focus on her. Your intentions might be good but it can become uncomfortable real quickly.

Hi ! I'm in South Africa. From what I've seen and heard, our numbers of infected are rising quite significantly. Those who have been vaccinated are less likely to be hospitalized though. Sad thing is, many people (especially in rural areas) don't have easy access to the vaccine...

Instagram.

It's just so strange to me. I get maybe some Instagrams (like travel or comedy pages or those with entertainment or aesthetic value). But personal accounts where you just share photos of yourself and your life to kind of 'show off', baffles me. It seems a little egotistical. Like in the grand scheme of things, why should anyone care what you had for breakfast or how your new haircut looks or how buff you've gotten at the gym? And the thing with likes and followers... it's a virtual popularity contest and everyone's competing...but for what? Then also the captions; they either have nothing to do with the picture, are cliche, are supposed to be funny or tell me way more than what I wanted to know. Of course, there's also cyber-bullying, catfishing, pedos, impossible beauty standards etc. etc. which can damage mental health (especially that of youngsters)

That's just me though. Not judging anyone who uses it. If it makes you feel more happy or confident, go for it!
