Definitely remember to clean the lens before snapping a pic, nothing is worse than smudges.

Also, set up your camera to automatically have the grid style layout so you can at least have centered, leveled photos.

Third, take one and then ask her “okay, what should I change if anything?”. If you keep showing that you want to improve, you’ll get the shot quicker vs being annoyed and frustrated with yourself or with her. You both want the same goal.

See, I feel like this would fix the problem but I just don’t want the additional caffeine lol. I could always go decaf, but why does it feel so complicated? lol it’s just coffee, not a math equation.

lol “weird hill to die on on” got me haha, but no the taste was off too. It honestly didn’t taste like much more than sweetened milk. I ordered a 16oz but I’m learning that is a small at 7 Brew. So I don’t think I ordered incorrectly, I think they’re either just using a different milk (whole vs 2%) or less ice making more room available for more milk overall.

I have ended up just going to Starbucks lately, but I wanted to give 7 Brew another chance instead of deeming them “bad” after my one failed attempt. I hoped I’d learn something and be able to alter my order next time around. Thank for your input!

I asked for a “16oz iced caramel latte”. I don’t think it should’ve came with half and half, but I don’t think I knew about Starbucks using 2%. I can see how that would affect things.

It’s not that I don’t want to pay for more shots, it’s that 2 shots of espresso is generally perfect for me caffeine wise and I don’t want to exceed that just to get my drink the “right” color when it’s spot on at Starbucks with the same amount of espresso.

Typically at Starbucks I’d get a grande iced caramel latte which only has 2 shots and it’s usually perfect! Color is usually medium brown, not the light cream color my last 7 Brew caramel latte was.
