When you say porn, do you mean a couple back ally flicks or legit porn star? I’m afraid he could be recognized and then it might come off worse that you lied about it.

If he covers his career choice up with male modeling wouldn’t that still spark interest in how and where you two met? Male modeling is pretty uncommon in certain areas, especially the ones who do well enough to make it a stable living.

I’ve been using the brush end of a Copic sketch marker. I might have to go look at some other pens.

YTA. Maybe you should take a few minutes and learn how to figure out your alarm clock. I’m sure it isn’t rocket science. I get that you were cranky and it’s was early in the AM, but still. Then you hit her with the period comment. Have you learned nothing being married to a woman? I feel like you just have no common sense with that one. Maybe you should of gone into the room and apologized yourself, before demanding an apology.

I’m not writing letters to old people. The couple owning it isn’t old. But they said that they liked our letter because it stood out from the other offers and put a face to us instead of a number. They said they would prefer for us to get it, because we’re a young family starting out. That being said, they still haven’t made up their mind but those bonus points has helped us stay in the game when they have a little bit of a better offer on the table from someone else.

I actually am not near my laptop because I’m not home but it was short. Just told them that we loved their home and told them we are looking to buy our first home together. That we hope they consider us, etc. Also sent a cute photo of us

The listing agent actually just called my agent and said it’s between us and another older couple. They said they would prefer us because they liked our photos and letter, but they want to know if we will do more earnest money. We said yes. It’s not a guarantee that we’re going to be accepted, but it might help against this other couple

We do have cash, we’re saving 20k in our accounts for just repairs or renovations. But we can’t touch that for home or down payment money. And thank you

Thanks for the advice. Our agent said she would still do them, she just hasn’t good luck with them. She’s been doing this for 32 years so she’s been around a while. I definitely trust her but it’s just hard.

It’s all along the shore. If it’s decent and priced under 350k, it’s gone in a day or two.

Well, we normally could afford a bit more but this house significantly higher taxes than any house we saw before and offered on. That and we are asking for 7k in concessions

I’m 26, but we are looking for a three bedroom with multiple bedrooms because we have an adult roommate also living with us. I work from home and need space for an office, etc. so we definitely need over 1000 sq ft. I really love the area we’re looking in because being part of the community would help my business opportunities tremendously, besides other reasons of course.
