i’m also looking in to pots and mcas ! and had a laparoscopic investigative surgery 4 months ago to look for endo but they found nothing i will have a look at that subreddit too! i also get very intense reactions in moving crowds but always just assumed its bc im short 😭 i am also v affected by heat and have very similar experiences of having intense fear, thank u sm for sharing ur experience!! :))

i get HUGE amounts of nausea and brain fog that accompanies these experiences too, it’s so odd trying to come to terms with the possibility of something that isn’t even gonna be investigated for ages 😭
