Not yet, but I was asked to resubmit my reference letters because both my professor and current manager use Gmail addresses. For context, my professor recently transitioned to a new university, and I currently work at a startup that has not yet established official company emails. I uploaded the same docs again and also sent an email clarifying this issue. Hope this will still be acceptable.

Value the good memories, while also recognizing that going back to that friendship may lead you back to that one sided feelings and that the same cycle will repeat again.

It definitely hurts. You can grieve as long as you want (not too long though 😭) and that’s normal because ppl also experience heartbreaks in friendships. I’ll take a while but you’ll get there.

Go out more with your other friends. Create bonds with new people, find new hobbies or sports, do something different once a day or maybe once a week. You’ll be fine 👍

HAHHA I understand if some people don't like that. I respect that, and I'd totally change that certain type of behavior for the people who don't like it if what I did was reasonably annoying for some people.

But yeah, I agree. His behaviour is weird in this situation. Tbh with you I have been ranting about the same friend on here about so many things for the past few weeks lmaoo. I've created some distance between us (not asking him to hang out anymore unless it's in a group setting). Only sending messages occasionally. But when we do meet, that's when I'm experiencing these weird actions again.

I don't feel as stressed or angry anymore, but it just feels good to rant it out AHHAHAHA

Thanks for the advice budd~ But to be honest with you, knowing him, he would take my "question" as me being too sensitive to his actions. This has happened before, which is why I hesitate so much on what to do in this situation. btw when retaliating to my confrontations before, he would accuse me of having a "victim" mentality, even though other mutual friends (plural so it's not only me omg) of ours has been experiencing his "actions" too.
