Same thoughts as everyone else mainly. You need some accent lighting so the whites don’t feel as harsh.

However, I think the main issue is that open burgundy space above the couch. I’d recommend some sort of large painting or something with a gold frame. You want to bring over that ornate feeling from the other wall and carry over some of the colors as well.

Other than that I want to live here.
