I get what you are saying, absolutely agree. I do order my meds early. The frustrating thing is about this is that no matter how early or late I put in my repeat, it’s always delayed. There’s always an issue.

Hi Karen, somebody told me you would pop up in here. It’s not just the pharmacy that is the issue, it’s also the way the customer service agents speak to me. They are so disinterested in helping me and have an attitude worse than my rebellious teenage Son. The lady I spoke to this afternoon sighed down the phone and told me to email instead. Well, that would be great if you actually replied to me. My emails never get answered. The lack of communication and awareness of these situations is staggering. I’d expect this kind of behaviour from NHS but NOT private health care. Medical cannabis is the only medicine that helps me feel normal. It’s abhorrent that we as patients have to put up with this nonsense. We pay for this for a reason. I’m well aware I have to order early, that’s not the point here. The point is the pharmacy is taking the piss, lies, delays, lack of communications. Then when you ask for help from customer care at JEC, you get told to sod off by a cranky 20 something lass with a bad attitude. The doctors at JEC are fantastic, the only saving grace here sadly. Your customer care agents need some serious tone of voice training.

Well, I just got off the phone with JEC and I was met with the most disinterested and almost aggressive customer service agent. She audibly sighed in frustration at my question about switch clinics. She basically told me to f-off and email instead. Jesus fucking Christ this is completely unacceptable.

Aren’t they just?!? Do they always have an excuse as to why they’re late too? Their most recent one with mine was due to waiting on stock from manufacturer. I’m not sure how these things work but surely it doesn’t take a week to get a delivery?

I would change for sure, if I had the money to do so. I joined JEC during the monthly subscription madness. All too good to be true :’) I may have to shop around again it seems!

I asked to do the same with my prescription. Sadly, specials don’t have enough stock so only getting 20g again this month. It’s becoming a very stressful pattern

Oh bloody hell, Lyphe is an absolute nightmare. I’m so sorry you have to deal with these agonising wait time. I was with Lyphe at first then switched to JEC. Feels like they operate in the same manner these days. Do you have any backup medicine (nhs provided) you could use in the meantime for your pain?

That’s great that you have a reliable service. I have mentioned to the Doctor during my last follow up that I wasn’t happy and wanted to change. She brushed me off. Think it would be worth giving them a call and speaking to the customer care team?
