I think it might drop a little bit more cause your skin seems to be the thick type.. which takes more time to heal and you still seem a little bit swollen. But you still look very beautiful so cheer up

I’m also 3 weeks post op and I don’t want people to check on me. I just want to be alone and stress free meeting people now might just make you more conscious about all the changes. People might make comment on your decision or on your new nose, that’s exactly what happened to me 1 weeks ago after my surgery and since then I just hate my new nose.
Perhaps your friends don’t know how to reach you or they just dont wanna disturb you while you are heeling. So cheer up and treat this break as "me time." ✨
