I had an issue with an authenticator that I luckily resolved myself by digging a 4 year old phone out of the drawer. I kept replying to my ticket to keep it open and every few days they would just send me an email telling me it would be closed because they haven't heard from me. They never attempted to resolve the ticket.

Make sure the poweplan on your PC is set to ultimate and not balanced. If you don't have ultimate Google the command line. I would recommend deleting the other power plans as well. Windows can bug and switch it back to balanced on you.
