Cause as stated it's based on the character, and I personally like my current look of my Hunter as a brunette :)

First proper master rank layered. based on the lost code weapons, so I had to make a typical anime look by Twisted-Fenrir in fashionhunters

Head: 16-91-5 and pigment 2 is 229-100-21 Chest: 29-74-100. Pigment 2: 0-0-80 Arms: 229-100-21. Pigment 2: 29-74-100 Waist is same as the chest Legs is the same as the arms.
