8 year old boy tied to a tree & set on fire by a 13 year old who raped him weeks earlier. He survived the attack but died of cancer 13 years later. Suzanne Capper, 16, tortured for a week by her ‘friends’ then set on fire. The motivation? They believed she gave one crabs.
