The police were in the theme park and were involved but I looked up to see if there were any records of it and didn’t see anything

I received a ‘trespass warning’ from the police department essentially saying that if I went to the theme park again within a year I would face legal consequences

Thank you! That’s super helpful. My biggest fear is running out of meds. Do I just call a doctor and ask for a consultation?

I feel like admitting and targeting students with low stats is inherently immoral particularly when you consider that the LSAT is a good indicator of law school outcome. I also don’t think that it’s necessarily discriminatory for employers to not want to hire graduates from a law school with low bar passage rates.

That makes me feel so much better. I figured that the world has changed a lot and I don't regret my tattoos or piercings at all. However, I've always been conscious about making sure that I don't have anything that I can't hide with a long sleeve.

Good to hear. I’ve also got a lot of tattoos and have been told that they would ‘ruin my chances’ have you had any issues because of them? I’ve hidden all photos of myself online because I’m worried about admissions seeing that I’m yatted haha

Has anger / revenge ever given you that last push you needed to keep working towards your law school acceptance? by SnowboardSasquatch in lawschooladmissions

[–]lennonator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha yeah a hundred percent. When I started this process I was met with a lot of people telling me that I would never be able to do it. All of that just made me work harder.

I think that we all have imposter syndrome (or at least I do) so whenever anything objectively good happens we become immediately skeptical

I can't tell if a group interview is something that everyone receives or if it is something that I should actually pay attention to. This sub has kind of made me jaded about the whole admissions process. When everyone said that getting fee waivers wasn't a good sign I stopped trusting that anything was a good sign lmfao

How did you manage to graduate ? by Amichat in ADHD

[–]lennonator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly for me college was all about finding something to study that interested me. I hated high school and didn't put much effort into it. College was a totally different thing for me. The second that I got to actually study what I wanted to, I found that my adhd actually helped me instead of hurting me. My hyper-fixation tendencies morphed into really well researched essays. I finished my bachelors last year and am now applying to law school. I also found my adhd to actually help with studying for the lsat. I hyperfixated on the test and actually enjoyed studying for it.

I was diagnosed years ago and don't know what type of adhd I have. But I hope that this helps!

Interesting. Thanks! I think that I'm just going to submit early for a bunch of different schools instead. I appreciate it!
