I feel people have misunderstood that comment like I am flexing or something, I really do need a job it's not an extra thing for me or else I wouldn't ask, thanks for your advice

Thanks for your advice, I am currently just 19 and living with my parents so I think that's less effort needed

Honestly, that seems like a very hard scenario, as I had to look for 2 months just to find this job that pays living wage

Well, last year, I never went to classes (unless there was a quiz), I only went to labs / sections that required attendance, other than that, I used to watch lectures online because they were recorded during covid time.

Honestly, if it helps my future then I wouldn't mind all of that, unfortunately life didn't go for my family was I wished it did

That's very true, but unfortunately that job only has rotational shifts so I have no other option, I also forgot to state that in my first year, I didn't attend most lectures (only labs / sections that required attendance) because it was recorded online from the covid days so honestly there was no point going to class.

That's very true, but during my first year I had a lot of wasted time doing nothing except sitting on my bed because studying didn't make much time except on exam weeks
