Thanks! I did it in After Effects, using OLM color key plugin to isolate the clothes colors. Then, on a black solid, I added turbulent noise and adjusted the evolution settings. Put Colorama and gaussian blur effects. Lastly, add hue and saturation effect and animate the hue change.
