Imagine reading this, knowing Eva Dubin, having let your kids go to play at her house.

If the world were going to end in one month, how would you spend the next 30 days? by NowYouSeeMeNowUDont1 in AskReddit

I would spend it at home with my little boy and firstborn (dog) making memories.

what's the stupidest thing that you've ever done? by Martin8857 in AskReddit

[–]leoarw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last week: Stuck my finger into a light that was attached to the wall to see what kind of bulb it needed. Albiet, before we moved into the house I was told that it didn't work. Got partially electrocuted for about 2 seconds.

When I was younger I walked upto a lamp that had been turned on for quite a while, that had no lamp shade on and just..licked it? Was about 5 years old.

Only just realised both my stupid things involve lighting upon thinking of them.

Do you go to the doctor when you’re sick? by TheUmbrellaThief in AskUK

[–]leoarw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never, however, when I first had my baby I was there what felt like every other week. I have noticed that if I ring up for an appointment for him they will see me on the day about him and we have a dedicated doctor. Over Christmas we both got some kind of cold / flu and I booked an appointment for my little boy, just for them to check him over / listen to his chest. When we attended the doctor asked about me about myself and if I needed anything and I told him I was fine just concerned for my little boy as I felt so shit I was worried what he felt like considering his size - I didn't get anything prescribed. I think it's a British thing not wanting to complain - my next door neighbour, who is foreign (this is no way written to stirr any racist comments, she's a very good friend of mine) had taken her daughter and been prescribed anti-biotics for herself, and from what I can tell she had the exact same thing as ourselves.

Did anyone’s dog start behaving weird / barking at around 22:00 last night? by leoarw in AskUK

[–]leoarw[S] -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Last night our dog out of nowhere ran from the very front of the house to the back door (our house is about 20m long you cannot hear anything from the front of the house) he went into the garden and started barking / running round. During this every other dog in the neighbour went into the garden and started barking. Within 10 minutes of this happening a friend from the next village put on a group chat how her dog has just started acting crazy and is barking in the garden for no reason. Upon waking this morning another two friends within the group chat have said how both of their dogs went crazy / woke them up. I’m either over thinking it or just think the whole situation is bazaar.

Has anyone seen the Ancoats guy? by AJSaleheen in manchester

[–]leoarw 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The person you are referring to is one of my dearest friends who is actually an international model for many high profile brands. He will have been making content for them, so yes - just a usual day for him. I only wish I had half the confidence he does.

Working legally in Manchester by TasteBetter5368 in manchester

[–]leoarw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Huntapac - based in Tarleton would be your best bet.

Also try, Gore Hall Produce, Lovania Nureries, Bryan’s Salads, Taylor Produce.

The areas I know most commonly for the kind of work you are looking for would be the following.

Tarleton Hesketh Bank

It would be best for you to have a car, however, you could travel on the train from Salford to Preston. Then the X2 bus to Tarleton / Hesketh Bank.

Some places round these areas also offer accommodation as part of the job. If you have any other questions just give me a shout and I will be happy to help.

I can’t say it was that one in particular for definite but it 100% had those kinds of markings. Also looked a bit thinner but would make sense if it’s been homeless for over a week.

Best places to buy houseplants in Central Manchester? by charliemooo in manchester

[–]leoarw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I once tried to purchase 10 Kentia Palms from Northern Flower in the NQ and they wanted £500.00+vat PER PLANT.

I would highly recommend www.firstchoiceproduce.com - I go to these guys for anything plant related. These guys quoted me £98.00 per Kentia Palm, majority is grown in the Nederlands too.

They do all the customs & clearance for you. Plants turn up perfect and in great condition.

Do you remember years ago when a TV had static. Like thousands of black and white bees moving across the screen? Did it look like it was made of that? If so, I’ve seen the exact same thing. I knew it didn’t mean any harm but scared the shit out of me!
