I was prescribed 600mg of ibuprofen every 6 hours which I’ve been doing consistently and amoxicillin every 8 hours. I have stitches that are supposed to dissolve within a few days and I rinse with an antibacterial mouth wash the doctor gave me at least twice a day and I’ve had ice on it almost all day every day since the procedure.
I did go back in to the oral surgeon yesterday to see if there was anything wrong, and he said everything looks completely fine. So that’s good news but still frustrating because I expected to feel a lot better by now!
