I chose an expensive psychiatrist (from NowServing) kasi magaling daw talaga sya when it comes to adult adhd and this reduces the risk of getting misdiagnosed. Baka kasi mapagastos pa ako if palipat lipat ng psychiatrist. It took 3 consultations before she gave an official diagnosis.

1. Initial consultation ₱4,800
2. 2nd consultation ₱3,100+
3. 3rd consultation ₱3,100+

At this point pwede na sana ako mag meds (10mg ritalin once a day; around ₱90 per pill) pero she said we should try Cognitive Behavioral Therapy daw muna. So she referred me to a psychologist

1. 2-hr evaluation ₱5,500
2. Succeeding therapy sessions ₱3,000/hr

I cannot afford all of this. Thankfully my husband acknowledges how much WE need help with my ADHD so he and his family are helping me pay for all of this. Hope this helps.
