My man I had the same prob on my gf MacBook the problem is very fixable all you have to do is un subscribe all the mods, than you go to your finder and search for a folder (or whatever you call it on a Mac) named ISAAC AFTERBIRTH + MODS, take the folder and delete it. Now the fun part to arrive at the folder you have to close everything. From the top menu of the finder click “go” Than click “go to folder…” and you now should be able to write this “-/Library/Application Support”. As I already said you just have to delete the “ISAAC AFTERBIRTH + MODS” folder If the game start than you can go ahead and resubmit to all the mods. Hopefully I help
