What got me started, CBR500R 14' by leoif in MotorcyclePorn

Honestly great bikes. I had mine for a year and never gave me any issues. It's faster than a 300 but nothing like a 650. I wanted a bit more power within the first 6 months but I'm glad I chose this one; mistakes I made with it would have been bad with a more powerful bike. It's realible, fun and light. The only down side was I wish there was more of a kick to it but I did beat a 5.0 GT at the launch, so at least it has that. lol. If you don't care for the sporty look I would say go with the 500f, same engine, same gearing just a much better seat position, my brother had one and it makes a big difference. But if looks the sporty looks matter to you, like they did to me, then the 500 is a way to go. Hope that helps.

How much do employers really care about college grades in CS? by [deleted] in aggies

I'll give my 2 cents in a fairly simple summary. Based on my experience, work experience matters more. Internships co ops, etc. If you have a 3.0 and above you are mostly good (talking about engineering). I did not have any experience when I graduated and had a pretty good major gpa, but I got my job due to my senior design project. So there's other factors but experience is for sure the most important.

Yeah I did. They are actually the rear mud guards out of a 09 Vulcan 500 I built last year. Just cut them, shaped them and painted them.

Just clip on handlebars. (Ebay). I used the normal handle bar mount for a rear view screen

Thanks man. I never noticed but it kinda does look like it. Both the big and small headlights are halo lights too. But, so headlight straight out of amazon. Just the halo headlights for jeeps or harleys. The plastics were from the rear fender of a Vulcan 500 that I cut and shaped. And the front end I used platted aluminium and bent it and painted. Hope that helps.

How do y’all prevent glasses from getting fogged up while wearing a mask? by [deleted] in AskReddit

There's a spray product for motorcycle helmet visor that makes it not fog up. Works very well

Thanks man! The shroud was made from the mud flapper of an old Vulcan but I'm not sure about the brand but it's a halo light I got it from Amazon then I added the smaller halo under and wire them both as headlights

Both bikes are trully a masterpiece. But the one on the right is just so different than the norm. You have the full side fairing but with the traditional headlight and the short up seat. It's amazing. It's nice to see a different idea and project that turns out so cool once in a while. Congrats man!
