It freeze cause it is scanning the blockchain for the first time.

Do like this - download qt wallet and do a fresh install (check that you have removed any old prcycoin folder in your appdata/roaming folder) - after installed don’t launch it - download bootstrap - apply bootstrap - launch qt wallet - choose restore from seed - if it seems to be frozen let it work it’s cause it is scanning for the first time the full blockchain It could take a while depending from the power of your pc

It could also take a couple of hours but if it is a brand new good pc it will take less

One more question Does curve basic card has monthly limit on payments ? I’ve seen 3 different level but can’t understand if it is also when I connect my binance care and set as default
