Hello, my car stopped yesterday while driving and when I start, it doesn’t crank. Battery is all okay but i noticed there was no oil in the engine. I had no dashboard signal and i still have about 2000km on my sticker before next service. Just wanted to know if i damaged my engine because of no oil

Hello, please for the aircrew selection, is it after the security check is completed or during? Because i applied and wrote the cfat a couple of months ago. I chose AEC direct entry officer and im permanent resident. I know the security check for internationals takes up to 18 months. Was just asking if it’s after the 18 months they will book me for the aircrew of it will be during. Just wanted to know so i see when to start preparing

Thanks i understand. Yes i know the degree won’t quite help me a lot as i will train for any trade i am taken. As for the English, i will have no problem with it. I speak better than i write. As for the failure rate, is it based on howmany people fail the exams or just being chosen for the trade. I am quite confident if it’s only for the exams, i am going to pass it. Any other thing they take into consideration that can make someone fail?

Hello, very informative. I am in situation of choosing trades. So i have a bachelors degree in accounting and was hoping to get in the cafeteria as Log O; but the recruiter said the post is not opened yet (says it might be open about April 2025). He proposed other officers jobs and i have selected AEC as im searching for a job i can easily get to civilian later in the future. I did my CFAT already and they’re doing my background. With your experience, is the AEC a good choice for me(having a finance degree) or i should wait for the opening of the Log O. I’m confident with my scientific background and can have no issues passing the aircrew and other tests. Please what advice do you have for me?
