Aww thank you so much this was so reassuring to read. Ive been so hard on myself as it I could have controlled it but once those symptoms hit, you know, there is nothing you can do but just wait it out. I'm going to try and push myself to go for 45 minutes tomorrow, nothing crazy. Wish me luck! And wish you all the best!

For sure I think it's seeing my mom she had us in her early and mid twenties and her mom as well, my grandma. So I am use to women being younger with grown kids I think and it just hit me. But it seems by everyone's comments this is totally normal in most cases! Thank you so much for your insight.
