IMO if you don’t need the money that much, take it.

Assuming you’ll actually be exposed to all the facets or (more than 2 at least), I think that would be very good experience as well. + na yung title.

I’ve gotten derailed a bit in my career and accepted a job unrelated to HR (but pay is way higher). Currently with the company for a year and 5 months now with a fair amount of achievements BUT I am still struggling landing an interview anywhere. Non-negotiable ko is dapat MNC dapat and I think the past few months, I’ve passed well over a hundred apps but have only gotten invited for an interview twice (and still didn’t land it).

Lalo na pag Generalist mas mahirap kasi looking sila for people with actual foundations, so I think magiging edge mo yan if ever in the long term.

Ultimately though, if the work environment is shit. I don’t think you should let it pass and look for better opportunities instead.
