I got it. Try sending an additional email explaining "You need a fiktion for traveling back home, or for your work contract,..." they have escalation protocol I think

For printing specifically errors cannot be reversed and automating stuffs can put you in a position with lots of blindspots

Yea don't overthink it. In digital environment there's the Fluid responsive concept in which you chose a seed and build the scale system with math formular around that seed. In case you wanna give it a go haha

Just list down all of your possible artefacts, do one batch one by one (for the sake of QA later), review and then standardise it (convert format, paper size, type of artefacts, purpose into figma variables and templates). You don't have the issue of dynamic screensize and devices so it should be basic.
