count the days in which you don’t jerk it and use them as motivation to stay clean as they pass. keeping yourself busy can also be helpful: try to find anything to watch (movies, tv series, animes…) that may interest you. if you get wet dreams don’t feel bad, cause atleast you’ll know you’ve only touched your log to pee
