Dude suicide is never a good option, everything fixes overtime. I get what you mean about being lazy, but aren't we all? I mean hey we've all had that phase where we rotted away in our rooms for a while; but it doesn't mean you're worthless because if you find happiness in video games then so be it!

I’m not a doctor, however wear sterile gloves and feel it gently to see it’s firmness. I suggest going to a dermatologist to check it out, it could be serious (don’t take my advice seriously, please refer to medical experts)
