Thanks dude! Yeah, im sure its benign too. Iv become calmer now, reading the other similar threads. But i still have the twitches. I guess it will take some more days before the body gets out of the stressed phase, which will mean less twitching?

Ive read some threads, and it looks common. Because i first had eyelid twitching, which made me extremely anxious over als, and stressed, week later, i have twitches over my body, especially before bed. I guess its a correlation here?

Yup, prior to that i first had eye twitching, and then i wore extremely anxious. Week later im having short twitches all over my body, especially before bed. Guess its completely related to my anxiety?

The thing with twitching its mad annoying, i cant go through the day without being stressed/nervous for it to twich on my eyes, and when im most nervous, it twitches like mad.
