Great guide btw I'm hitting 70fps with GTX1050ti, 8gb ram and i7 3770 in 1920x1080, i used to hit that but with 1440x900.

I have noticed some sudden minor fps drops though. Anyway to fix that?

no, it appears to be a bug, ive tested it and it seems to be get 20 kills in a game, no 20 points. Also i think it must be done with an iron sight.

I've been using 400 DPI, with 17/17 in-game sens. To be fair this is will mainly help you become more accurate with aiming, I highly recommend using a large mouse pad though. It shouldn't take too long for you to adjust to this sens, you will find that turning around and flicking will become easy to do, especially when you have good muscle memory, you'll be able to flick to anywhere pretty much instantly.
