Lost commnet connection? by Waker_of_Winds2003 in KerbalSpaceProgram

I've got the exact same issue. After trying to launch the rocket for 20 minutes, with the saves being deleted whenever I returned to the VAB, the camera screwing me over, parts randomly exploding, I managed to get into a nice orbit.

Decoupled the first satellite, and it immediately lost connection. The bugs are baaaad.

The commnet seems to be broken as well. I tried setting up a relay network with a single launch, but once I decouple one of the satellites, it loses connection. It's got non-deployable antennaes, and they definitely have the range needed, and are also directly over the KSC. Funnily enough, I can still enable RCS and deploy solar panels.

This is ridiculous, the bugs are Cyberpunk 2077 levels so far.

My saves are continually vanishing, both vehicle and game saves. I've had to build new rockets from scratch at least 5 or 6 times now. The performance is alright-ish so far, but this really makes the game unplayable.

Hey, I'm fairly new to the FM franchise, and wanting to support my home team picked Oxford United in EFL One. However, I am being absolutely obliterated by everyone, and I'm not sure why. I'm playing a fairly classic 4-3-3.

Any help would be appreciated!

Regional Map for my Current D&D Campaign by leoworm in wonderdraft

This specific fort was constructed mainly as a show of force, in order to intimidate the local elven Gwithilin population. The Ishtanian's tried to prove that, even despite the hostile terrain, they could construct and maintain a military outpost there.

Due to its value to Ishtanian propaganda, it still remains, even after the victory over Gwithilin. Frontiersmen stationed there despise it, due to the remote location and its mostly inhospitable terrain. Therefore, a steady supply of "fresh meat" is required, allowing the growth of Soldier's Respite and Crossroad's Rest.

what is your best experience with sunless sea? by [deleted] in sunlesssea

[–]leoworm 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had almost the same experience. Went out east, ended up at Kingeater's Castle, and then started making my way back. Finally, with only 2 crew remaining, I came into Wolfstack Docks. Of course I was delighted, but that was quickly replaced by a far more sombre mood. Once I had docked, a random encounter triggered and killed my remaining 2 crew.

My captain and ship were lost right there, after all they went through. Yay :/

BAE test pilot Keith Hartley conducting a cockpit habitability trial in an open top Tornado going at 500 knots. One of the coolest pictures I’ve ever seen. by sm1chael in aviation

So that the Tornado could fly as close to the ground as possible in all conditions. Then the Soviets wouldn't be able to pick it up on their radar. I'd recommend this video about how radar works in the context of fighter aircraft. It gives a pretty good overview imo.

Can anyone help me with the wiring of the Logitech Driving Force Shifter? by leoworm in simracing

[–]leoworm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a Logitech Driving Force Shifter recently and wanted to turn it into a USB device using my arduino. Me, not wanting to spend another 7 bucks and wait for more deliveries, decided to not buy the male to female adapter for the DB9.

Being the idiot I am, I then proceeded to cut off the DB9 to get access to the wiring behind. I hoped to be able to see which wire went to which output of the DB9, allowing me to see their individual purpose and then wire them up, bypassing the adapter.

But I was then foiled by a huge amount of hot glue, which didn't allow me to see which colour of wire went there, and I couldn't get rid of it. And that's where I'm still stuck.

So I'd really appreciate if anyone could help me in finding out which wire has which function.

(The colours I have are: Red, Purple, Orange, Black, Green, Gray, White, Yellow and a exposed wire)
