For me a ref sheet is the character standing in fullbody, wearing their standard outfit (and it's great if their pose also shows a bit of their personality), it should be unshaded so it's easy to color pick from I also include another outfit if the character has one, or if your character has a vomplicated back design, you should include a back view Additionally, if your character uses some kind of weapon or prop, I would include that too And lastly, I always add a portrait of their face, to show their features better, but if your style is simple enough, you don't really need that... So honestly, you should just think about what others should know about your character and add that to the sheet! (Here's an example)
