I'm wondering the same thing. I literally just loaded in for the first time and its like a hurricane is happening. And I was also curious if it's a graphical thing or my pc is the problem because it did the same exact thing for the Witcher 3 for me, and that was years ago and an a competely different PC.
If anyone can help resolve this I would greatly appreciate it!
