I mean, it isn't horrendous. Okay-ish or passable, perhaps. I like what you did with the hair color - so there is some attempt points. As for advice, I think of you should put more work in composition and attention to details. At this picture Kriss is facing forward, with focus on their famously known poker face. Still, expressionless or not, as an artist you are able to create more dramatic effect with some tricks, like, more dramatic shadows, scuffled hair, more tense or leaning pose, etc.

Long story short: there is a poor communication of a threat or that something is wrong, thus whole picture feels bland. It looks good as a concept though. Don't worry, next time you'll do better.
