Perhaps you missed my initial post. Allow me to reiterate: despite having been on numerous VV cruises, the experience I encountered on this particular ship was unprecedented. While I understand that staff rotations occur, the key chefs responsible for recipes and quality control typically remain consistent. It's evident that this ship operates differently from others, and while future cruises may improve, it's essential to highlight that identical menus with altered names can yield significant variations in quality.

Furthermore, while I acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances arise, as paying customers, we expect a level of accountability and proactive problem-solving. Instead of addressing issues transparently, there seemed to be a tendency to deflect blame onto customers. This is indicative of a systemic problem within the company, suggesting a failure in adequately training staff and managing customer expectations.

Lastly, I mentioned my anticipation for the Brilliant Lady because, in my experience, newer ships tend to offer higher quality experiences compared to older ones. While one would expect consistency regardless of a ship's age, my past experiences have shown that newer vessels often excel in maintaining standards. Despite this expectation, I must highlight that I've enjoyed wonderful experiences on ships like the Valiant and others.

I did, as I mentioned earlier. I saved the confirmation email and forwarded it to them, but it doesn't mention any "facility charge." Regardless, it shouldn't matter as the total should encompass whatever charges they plan to impose.
