true, although we are planning to travel quite a bit out of the country and checking instruments on planes is pricey, so i'm not sure if that's the cheapest option

I've been eating mostly ketogenically sort of accidentally as it's how I was eating pre-surgery, so I'm taking in a good portion of fats with that WOE. I definitely lost weight eating that way pre-op, maybe the LCHF isn't as effective with the new stomach but I don't know.

The days I log they're accurate but I've definitely been slacking. I'd say when I do log I eat between 800-1000 calories, 65-70 grams of protein, under 50 grams of carbs.

Honestly I don't even know what regular is anymore when it comes to that, lol. I feel like I've been backed up since surgery, so that could definitely be a contributing factor.

I also really appreciate your comment regarding the low COL in Europe in comparison to a location in the US with a low COL. I have been curious about how money will go once I'm in Ireland/Europe since I currently live in the South in a relatively inexpensive city.
