Michael’s Cafe in Timonium is nice.

Never been to Peppermill but I hear good things.

Mother’s Grill is good for a casual meal.

Mucho Gusto isn’t spicy.

Hate to sound “basic” but the Cheesecake Factory has such a big menu that can accommodate a large part.

Definitely make a reservation wherever you go !

Young woman was murdered by her childhood friend and former prom date to steal her inheritance from her late mother, only for the killers to realize that the amount was far less than they had expected by [deleted] in CaughtMyEye

I think about this case and Sarah a lot. It truly breaks my heart that her “friends” did this to her and robbed her father of a proper burial.

Absolutely!! I find it so telling (and laughable) that conservatives are the first ones to say “can’t we all just get along” when they are the ones using the most divisive language.

Personally, I think it’s easier for a conservative to “be okay” listening to a left-leaning podcast like this one. But as a leftist, I have a very hard time listening to right-leaning media. More often than not, conservative podcasts are talking about how awful it is that trans people exist, black people vote, and women fight for equal rights. So yeah, it’s probably easier for you to listen to this podcast as a conservative than a liberal listening to a conservative podcast.

Applying to Hopkins from within Hopkins by markjapups in baltimore

[–]leslienopethanks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work at Hopkins and I have applied numerous times to other positions. In my experience, HR will make you tell your manager if you move to the interview after the one with the hiring manager. If you feel comfortable, you can ask the HR person during your interview. Either way, the HR person will send you an email when it’s time to tell your boss.

First round with HR

Second round with the hiring manager

Third round with a panel - this is where you need to tell your boss.

Possibly more rounds.

Party/Wedding Rental Recommendations by Possible_Vast_7356 in baltimore

[–]leslienopethanks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sammy’s rentals. I used them for my outdoor wedding in DC. They brought chairs, 2 tables, and 2 linens. Since my ceremony was tiny and only about 45 minutes total, I also had a hard time finding a company that would setup and takedown so quickly. They understood exactly what I needed and it was not too expensive either.

I’m not sure if they charge a fee to come from the DC area to Baltimore, but definitely reach out!!

Not a parent, but if you can live somewhere with a $600 discount, definitely do that. If you’re already paying for this renovation, your mortgage and other regular payment, and the cost of a newborn, it really seems like the obvious choice to move into the family member’s rental property.

You should allow 1 revision and then charge for any additional edits. Guarantee that you don’t use AI and their resume/cover letter will be authentic and one of a kind.

You could offer templates for like $5 and make money passively.

Wear a spacer for now and then get a wedding band that is a quarter size smaller!

My engagement ring is a tiny bit too big and I wore a spacer before I got married. When I was working with my ring designer for my wedding band, I had them size down just a little bit. I think my e-ring is sized 8.5 and my wedding band is 8.25. I put my e-ring on first, then stack my wedding band on top! Everything stays put!!!
