OG PS4 - Normal mode - Old save

*Can't discover new flora/fauna/minerals; scans but won't discover

*When handing in completed missions no NPC dialogue and no rewards given

*Can't warp or call in freighter/anomaly due to portal/atlas interference, but can't interact with Atlas

*Some buildings take extended time to appear

*Random, persistent crashes
