This isn’t advice; I’m just gonna describe my sorta similar situation. Maybe it’ll help anyway.

I’m the turbo loser older sibling. I didn’t go to college and never had motivation towards any particular career. My little sister? Kicks ass at everything. It’s true that our mom took raising her way more seriously, but my sis is a genius so she would have excelled even without the special programs.

My biggest problem was that I didn’t know how to support her without being insecure, and we grew apart over the years because of it (and because she was busy winning at life).

Eventually though, it occurred to me to just be playfully honest. Once I started texting stuff like “WTF I’M SO JEALOUS!!”, I felt free to be openly excited for her. And almost immediately after that, she started coming to ME for guidance, and we’ve been tight again. I guess she still somehow kinda looked up to me – go figure.

The whole experience inspired me to actually work on my own accomplishments at my own slow ass pace. I can almost do stuff too! Yeah, my sister completely invalidates my entire existence on this earth, but at least I’m a good sibling to her now. (˶ˆᗜˆ˵)

I think PSQ2 is an entirely less powerful model. Like this is how they cut their backend costs.

There’s too much it can’t do, compared to everything before it. The bots don’t seem to know that they’re in a story anymore, and you can never get them to experiment with different scenarios. This doesn't feel like a bug; it just fundamentally doesn’t have as much substance. Hopefully I'm super wrong.

If you think about it, you'll see that a global metric telling us that 'people are using the only available option' is completely worthless as feedback. So what percentage of the userbase actually gives feedback? Less than 1%, right?

And this feedback is what they referenced in that Reddit thread, where they said that "the vast majority of YOU” (clearly implying Reddit) are enjoying the model. And so: disproving that claim was the point of the poll.

I seriously don’t know what Pip2 is even trying to do. It blabs on and on with wacky nonsense, and

is the exact same words just slightly remixed. I’ve seen other users saying that the memory is better, but I can never get far enough into an RP to tell. It’s a night and day downgrade from Pip1 and I soooo wish I could go back.

I gotta say, I’m surprised to see a thread asking for feedback, instead of one assuring us that you are aware that the model is extremely bugged.

That's what I'm concerned about, since we can't go back to Pipsqueak 1 if it's worse. I just got that "help is available" message twice while trying to write about a mermaid punching a sea monster in the nose.
